This site aims to inform you about the activities of the Guild and its members. This lively group of practising artists, based in Wiltshire, regularly exhibit throughout the year and hold meetings and workshops on a monthly basis. Introducing Our Newest Members

The Guild of Wiltshire Artists is pleased to welcome our newly elected members Barbara Woodford-Horgan, Jane Le Coyte and Gloria Robson all of whom joined the Guild in August 2023. Also Julie Bolton who joined the Guild in October 2023.

Guild Exhibitions for 2024

Summer Exhibition Thursday July 11 to Sunday July 14 - in St Peter's Church, Marlborough.
Autumn Exhibition Saturday October 19 to Thursday November 7 - at the John Bowen Gallery in The Town Hall, Malmesbury.

Previous Exhibition

The last Guild Exhibition of members' work in 2023 was held in the John Bowen Gallery, Malmesbury 8 - 28 September. Thank you to all our visitors and supporters in 2023. We are looking forward to seeing you at our exhibitions in 2024.

The Tuesday Art Group - Haydon Wick

Art Exhibition will be held Tuesday 31st October to Saturday 4th November. Open 11am to 4pm daily with free admission. Ground Floor Meeting Room at the Parish Council Offices, Thames Avenue, Haydon Wick, Swindon SN25 1QQ.


Purton Artists Society Exhibition 2023

To be held at Purton Village Hall 3-5 November. Open Friday 6-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4.30pm. Entry free, refreshments available.


Cricklade Art Group Autumn Exhibition 2023

To be held at Cricklade Town Hall 11-12 November. Open 10am to 4.30pm each day. Entry free.

August 2023

Palette Knife Evening, our August 2023 Monthly Meeting was a follow up for the inspiring demonstration by visiting artist Rupert Aker at the July Monthly Meeting.

Members were invited to use a palette knife and any medium and support to depict their choice of subject.
